The new Audi A4 Allroad is expected to debut sometime next year but we already have a pretty good idea how it could look like thanks to new renderings from Theophilus Chin.
The German company is working on a new member of the A4 family that will likely be revealed at one of the big auto shows next, probably in Geneva or Paris. The vehicle will follow in the footsteps of its bigger Allroad brother, the A6 Allroad.
What we’ve got here is the virtual A4 Allroad project of our friend Theophilus Chin, which, naturally, is based on the A4 Avant. Theo has added jacked up suspension, plastic body cladding, slightly bigger wheels, different bumpers and new exhaust pipes layout – a well-tested recipe for Allroad models.
In addition to a standard permanent all-wheel drive system, the vehicle will get the more powerful engines of the A4, so expect the 2.0 TFSI with 190 PS and 252 PS, the 2.0 TDI with 150 PS and 190 PS and the range-topping 3.0 TDI with 218 PS and 272 PS.
