Audi prices 2017 A4 Allroad for US market
Audi has confirmed US pricing and launch details for the new 2017 A4 Allroad.
The ruggedized wagon starts at $44,950 (including $950 freight) for the entry-level Premium trim. Stepping up to the Premium Plus package brings the price up to $47,950, while the Prestige range topper fetches $52,350.
Notably, the price is a few thousand dollars higher than that of the current-generation A6-based Allroad.
Both share flared wheel arches clad in unpainted plastic and underbody skid plates to better protect against damage. Body styling is modestly distinguished from the standard A4 Avant, with a unique lower bumper and roof rails. Five-link suspension and adaptive dampers further separate the Allroad from its pavement-focused counterpart.
The US-bound variant is available exclusively with Audi’s 2.0-liter TFSI engine, delivering 252 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels via a seven=-speed transmission.
The company plans to begin selling the A4 Allroad in US showrooms sometime this fall.
