Audi S8 Plus Front Three Quarters In Motion 02
Looking to capture the top tier of the ultra-luxe sports sedan segment, Audi made a splash earlier this year with the reveal of the new Audi S8 Plus and Audi RS7 Performance. The company announced these Uber-sedans would make their way to our shores, and now we have official pricing for some of the fastest four-doors around.

Both autobahn crushers pack the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 we have come to know and love, with extensive tuning and modifications done to pump the power up to 605 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. The S8 Plus spits out 85 additional horses over the current Audi S8, along with different suspension tuning and exclusive black trim on the exterior. This extra oompf helps the S8 Plus launch to 60 mph in a scant 3.7 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 155 mph. Want more top end to shame your country club buddies? An optional Dynamic package raises the bar to 190 mph. Other packages include an optional Black Optic exterior pack, which includes carbon fiber mirror housings, blackened grille, carbon front splitter, and darkened taillights. Add the aforementioned Dynamic kit and Audi throws in a high-spec carbon-ceramic big brake kit, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, and a high-flow sports exhaust system. The 2016 Audi S8 Plus appears to replace the S8 altogether, so the big-body Audi begins at the same price of $115,825.
Audi RS 7 Performance Front Three Quarter In Motion 03
Packing the same firepower under the hood, the new 2016 Audi RS7 Performance is able to crack off 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 190 mph. Unlike the normal RS7, the Performance adds a standard RS sport suspension with Dynamic Ride Control, and beefy carbon ceramic brakes. Look for exterior differences as well, with darkened trim, carbon fiber accents, and special 21-inch wheels. With all of these extra goodies, the RS7 Performance starts at $129,925, a $21,025 hike over the base RS7. Both of Audi’s supersedans go on sale December of this year and make their debut at the 2015 L.A. auto show.
