The new Audi R8 V10 Plus comes as a complete package from the factory, so it’s kind of hard to improve on its performance and looks, but that didn’t stop Fostla from trying.
Powered by a 610 PS (602 HP), 5.2-litre V10 that can catapult it from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in just 3.2 seconds, the mid-engine Audi has more than enough oomph to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Even the 330 km/h (205 mph) top speed is more than adequate, and that’s why the German tuning company has turned its attention to the vehicle’s appearance – without interfering with anything else.
Just by simply optimizing the R8’s body, Fostla says it has created something exceptional and desirable. The Fostla team wrapped the German supercar in a €3,400 ($3,795) Sunflower-Matt-Metallic vinyl, which covers the visible door edges. Additionally, some of the carbon-fiber parts have been coated in a so-called “self-healing” vinyl, offering maximum protection from stone chipping.
The interior, garnished from the factory with carbon parts and Alcantara was left untouched, and all these details – in combination with Fostla’s wrap job – make the vehicle as intricate as an Audi Exclusive model.
